· Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method.
· Customers are responsible for timely pickup of orders.
· Amelie’s Bakery is not responsible for product quality once items leave our premises.
· Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
· Our kitchen may process nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and other allergens.
· While we may offer allergen-friendly products, we do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.
· Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies prior to ordering.
· Proper storage instructions should be followed to maintain product freshness and safety.
· We are not responsible for spoilage, damage, or contamination caused by improper storage or handling after pickup or delivery.
