We apologize, but we require a minimum food purchase of $250 for all in-house events at our NoDa & Rock Hill locations, and a minimum of $500 for all in-house events at the Uptown location.
No outside food is permitted in the bakeries. So think about how much time you’ll save when you let us do the cooking!
No. We offer a large selection of in-house composed cakes and petit gateaux for any style of event.
Your room rental will include the use of the room for your event, 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after, for setup and clean-up. Buffet linens, plates, silverware, serving utensils, tables, and chairs.
Room rental does not include food and beverage costs.
We grant event space on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner, the better! Event bookings will require the total room rental cost to be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
If the event is 1-2 weeks away, we can not guarantee that the space and staffing will be available.
We start booking events 3-4 months in advance.
Your menu selections are due one week before your event. Your estimated headcount will be owed then as well.
All final menu changes, headcount, and payment are due 72 hours before the event.
Our event venues, depending on their location, can accommodate 10 to 60+ people. For your safety, each room has a maximum occupancy.
All room rentals are non-refundable except in the rare case of a bakery error or if we need to cancel your event for any reason. If we cancel an event, Amelie’s will refund all deposits and fees paid, except for services already rendered.
Your final bill will include a standard 20% Set up & Labor Fee (gratuity) for all in-house events based on your final food and beverage total.
We know things change, and we will do everything possible to accommodate them. However, to serve you best, we kindly request that all changes to your menu, headcount, or any other aspect be made at least three days before the event.
If any changes occur after 72 hours, you will be responsible for all charges billed based on the most recent agreement or communication with Amélie’s event coordinator.
Amélie’s event management team member must authorize any changes. Other staff members are not responsible for booking, approving changes, or contacting clients regarding events.
The Noda and Uptown locations offer a variety of beer, wine & mimosa options. Please ask about our beer and wine menu. Glassware is included with the purchase.
You can only bring beer, wine, and champagne to the Rock Hill location—no hard liquor. We charge a corking fee of $5 per bottle. Wine glasses will be available to rent for $0.50 per glass.
Yes, at the NoDa & Uptown locations, glassware for wine, champagne, and mimosas is included in your purchase.
Wine glasses will be available for rent at Rock Hill for $0.50 per glass. We do not offer beer glasses.
Walking into Amelie’s as a first-time guest is a unique experience. You’ll learn how counter service works while taking in the décor, display cases, and menus.
When you’re ready to order, start at the pastry display cases, where a team member will greet you and guide you through the process. Then head to the register to add any remaining menu items, including food and beverages, before checking out. The ordering process is the same whether you’re dining in or taking your order to go.
Picking up an online order? Look for the designated pickup area. DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub orders are kept behind the counter. Ask a team member for help.
Our busiest times are typically during lunch hours and on weekends. To skip the line, order online for pickup or get delivery through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.
Online orders can be placed ahead for a scheduled pickup time. During peak hours, allow a little extra time, since orders are prepared in the order they’re received.
We offer a variety of menu items to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences. Allergen information is available to help you make an informed selection.
Amelie’s is not an allergen-free facility. Our products are prepared in shared kitchen spaces where common allergens are present, and cross-contact may occur. If you have a food allergy, please let a team member know when ordering.
Join Amelie’s Rewards in store or online and earn points on your purchases. Sign up with your email address or phone number to create an account. Your online rewards account lets you view your points, manage your account information, access your rewards QR code, and add your birthday to receive a birthday reward.
On future visits, earn points by paying with a credit or debit card linked to your rewards account, providing the phone number or email associated with your account at checkout, or asking a team member to scan your rewards QR code.
For online orders, sign in with the email address or phone number associated with your rewards account so your purchase counts toward your rewards.
