World Macaron Day

Happy World Macaron Day! This day was created 14 years ago by
Pierre Hermé, master of French pastries, to spotlight this delightful French pastry.

These sweet meringue-based confections are made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond flour, and food coloring. (The related coconut macaroon is often confused with the macaron.)

We have both year round and seasonal flavors available on our menu.

Spring French Macaron Flavors

We are delighted to announce our spring 2019 French macaron flavors. The selection includes some longtime favorites and a few newcomers as well.

Strawberry Chiffon {not gluten-free}:
Fresh strawberry, vanilla chiffon cake pieces, vanilla pastry cream and vanilla buttercream inside a pink cake crumb topped with cookie.

Lavender Lemon {GF}:
Lemon curd and lavender buttercream inside a light purple cookie.

Barbe À Papa (Cotton Candy) {GF}:
French cotton candy buttercream inside a pastel pink and blue swirled cookie.

Rose {GF}:
Rose water buttercream inside a pastel pink cookie.

Cookie Dough {not gluten-free}:
Classic cookie dough filling inside a white cookie with petite chocolate chips.

Honey {GF}:
Local honey buttercream inside a gold dust swiped cookie. The honey is from Cloister Honey located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pink Lemonade {GF}:
Strawberry buttercream and lemon curd inside a pink splattered yellow cookie.

Raspberry White Chocolate {GF}:
Raspberry white chocolate ganache inside a burgundy cookie.
