We started in Charlotte with a dream: to serve authentic French pastries in spaces that felt like your eccentric great-aunt’s parlor (if she was Parisian, slightly magical, and really into salted caramel brownies).
Today, we’re still baking from scratch, still delightfully over-the-top, and still very much in love with butter.
Yes, we ship our world-famous macarons anywhere in the U.S. (You’re welcome, America). But there’s more:

It was important to our designers that every piece in our cafés look like it has a past—like it’s been touched by human hands and chosen for a reason. Nothing here is off-the-shelf or ordinary. Each chandelier, chair, and quirky detail has been repurposed and given new life, making our spaces feel as handcrafted as the pastries we serve.
Each Amélie’s location is one-of-a-kind, like a storybook café where every chair and chandelier has a past life.
